Core Values
The five core values guide our dual commitment to high performance and deep social impact:

• Frugal Innovation: Applying pragmatic, high-impact solutions to optimize value in resource-constrained environments.
• Principled Candor: Delivering honest, necessary feedback within a framework of respect and psychological safety.
• Dual Citizenship: Operating effectively and with cultural sensitivity in both the corporate boardroom and the local informal economy.
• Enduring Resilience: Championing and teaching the psychological fortitude required to persist through volatility and adversity.
